Short to medium walks, nearly always on footpaths away from busy roads – by rivers, canals, parks and woods. Hopefully there are also places of interest to point out en route. The pace is also very gentle.

where: 10 am Hackney Central to catch 10:15 to Richmond arrives 11.10
what: Walk to Richmond Park, with great views. Lunch at Pembroke Lodge. Aftwards walk back to Richmond past Ham House and along river, with tea. There will be drop off points.

where: 10.45am meet at Bromley-by- Bow Tube Station. District Line or 488 bus which starts from Clapton Pond
what: Will walk via Three Mills, Limehouse Cut, Limehouse Basin to Canary Wharf (Lunch). Afterwards circular walk of Docklands and tea

Message from Michael:
In September 7 of us walked to Highgate and Highgate Woods, it was such a lovely day and the walk went well. One of our members had reservation about coming; I was very glad that I persuaded her to come. She did the first part to Highgate Wood, stayed for lunch and she had no problems with the walk.
